Dr Marita Grimwood is involved in all aspects of Fellowships at Advance HE, and leads on Principal Fellowship, and on the Senior and Principal Fellowship Support Programmes. She has extensive expertise in Higher Education learning and teaching, acquired over a career spanning academic, professional and consultancy roles.

Catherine Murphy

Catherine Murphy SFHEA

Senior Lecturer, Munster Technological University (MTU)

Catherine Murphy has extensive experience across higher education, including lecturing, internship management, and academic leadership as a former Head of Department.

She is a Senior Fellow and currently works within the Teaching and Learning Unit at MTU. In her current role, she manages the Advance HE Fellowship programme at MTU and leads the implementation of government-funded initiatives focused on innovation in teaching and learning.

Member of the Institute for Innovative Teaching and Learning (I²TL), University of Luxembourg

Yevgeniya Inozemtseva is a member of the Institute for Innovative Teaching and Learning (I²TL) at the University of Luxembourg, responsible for the Teacher development pillar. She supports educators in refining their teaching skills and obtaining a university teaching qualification.

Within this pillar, activities linked to Advance HE and Advancing Competences in Teaching (ACT) for instructors and student success serve as foundational initiatives.
