The Top Management Programme (TMP) is a leader development programme open to senior leaders with both academic and professional roles in HE. The Leadership Journeys longitudinal study conducted by Ulster University, gathered and considered the views and career trajectories of participants of the programme, determine their experiences and identified the impact TMP alumni have made in their HE institutions.
