Our approach

Advance HE conducted a Governance Effectiveness Review, uncovering key strengths and opportunities:

  • A high-quality Board with strong confidence in leadership.
  • Recognition of good governance practices already in place.
  • Identification of areas for improvement through 13 recommendations and 8 suggestions.

The Board accepted these recommendations and developed a three-year implementation plan, signalling a commitment to continuous improvement.
