  • Mentorship Model – Through The Curtin Academy, providing structured guidance for Fellowship applications and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) projects, including grants up to AU$10,000.
  • Community Building – Mentoring circles and collaborative networks to integrate scholarly practice into teaching.
