About
Andrew is a published writer of both short stories and poetry, with his collection The Somnambulist Cookbook published by Salt in 2019. He is currently writing an Arts Council funded creative writing handbook which advocates for working class writers and will be published by StoryMachine in 2024.
Before working in HE, Andrew worked for Norfolk Adult Education. He lives in Norwich where he is the poetry editor for Gatehouse Press.
Peterborough has one of the lowest literacy rates in the UK, and UCP is one of a small number of institutions that offer a Malcolm Bradbury bursary for undergraduates to promote reading and writing in the city.
