Dewi Arual is an Assistant Professor in Business Management at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia. She lectures on various courses involving both undergraduate and MBA students. The courses she is involved in include Developing and Executing Strategy, Strategic Management, International Entrepreneurship, Resourcing & Talent Management. She is also the Global Course Leader for the Marketing & Management of SMEs module.
Dewi’s area of interest is in the use of the resource-based view (RBV) as a lens in examining the structural and cultural flexibility in organisations. More recently, Dewi has developed an interest in the use of digital technologies in the workplace especially with regards to fostering connectedness.
