She oversees the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise, Student Support and Engagement and Student Academic Services. She has led work to develop student co-creation as a central component of the Learning, Teaching and Academic Experience Strategy and work to engage with employers around labour market issues in Leeds, leading to the development of a number of projects designed to look at how skills gaps can be addressed.
