About
Clare graduated from the University of Essex with a first class degree in 2008, before starting a career in local government. Clare returned to the University in a professional capacity in 2013, and was appointed to the post of Head of Corporate Governance in 2016. Clare has extensive experience working with and supporting University’s governing body, Council, as well as the University’s Audit and Risk, Nominations and Policy and Resources committees.
Outside of work, Clare is a Trustee of a growing Multi-Academy Trust, and is studying part-time for a Masters in Business Administration.
