About
Dom is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Natural Sciences and undertakes pedagogic research in enhancing teaching and assessment in higher education, with a particular focus on building student confidence and maximising graduate employability. He is currently involved in a Quality Assurance Agency funded Competence-Based Assessment project, which attempts to collaboratively build a framework of effective university assessment in the 21st Century with universities across the UK.
