At UEL, Jummy oversees the Access & Participation Plan, Inclusive by Design, anti-racism, EDI governance and culture change, translating evidence into measurable improvements in continuation, attainment and progression. She is also an Associate Fellow at Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School, providing leadership coaching and EDI consultancy to senior leaders.
Dr Okoya is an award-winning sector leader, recognised through the PRECIOUS Award for Outstanding Woman in the Public Sector and the Caribbean Global Award for Outstanding Academic Breakthrough, alongside national recognition as a Top 10 Diversity Ally in Education.
