Dr Marie Murphy, Chartered Counselling Psychologist
My main role is managing a Counselling in Schools Service for a local authority. I have a small private practice working mainly with trauma and have been a suicide prevention and mental health trainer for 20 years.
I believe connecting with nature and being outdoors is a fundamental part of improving mental and physical health and wellbeing. My own self-care is rooted in daily mindful connection with nature. Connecting with nature and our environments can be a catalyst for creativity and I am passionate about helping others to access this.
