Dr Olajumoke (Jummy) Okoya is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Dean of Institutional Equity at the University of East London. A Chartered Academic Member of CIPD and Fellow of both the CMI and HEA, she brings over 20 years of expertise in inclusive leadership, equity strategy, and organisational transformation. Jummy is a certified executive coach and Visiting Lecturer at leading global institutions (Oxford, Cambridge & Imperial College). Her work bridges academic insight with real-world impact, empowering leaders to embed equity and belonging into systems and culture. She currently serves as Chair of the Women’s Higher Education Network (WHEN), championing gender equity sector-wide.
