Emily Worthing is currently focused on student participation in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF), including proposals for the future expansion of TEF to taught postgraduate provision. Prior to joining the OfS.
Emily spent seven years in central government developing the regulatory framework and legislation for the UK’s carbon pricing policy. Before that, she worked in the regulated water market, ensuring compliance with government and Ofwat regulations.
