Gwenan’s role involves oversight of governance process and she is Secretary to the University Council, as well as Secretary to the Executive and the Senate. Gwenan has an interest in modernising governance practices and in ensuring that Trustees on Governing Bodies are adequately prepared for their role and she has recently led a project to modernise the University’s Supplemental Charter and Ordinances.
