Jodie Trotman is a lecturer at Coleg Penybont (Bridgend College) and postgraduate researcher at the University of South Wales; she holds an MA in Education and a BSc in Psychology. Her current doctoral studies explore the benefits and challenges of delivering higher education in further education colleges, and the opportunities it presents in widening participation of non-traditional learners.
