Louise is a CIPD qualified professional with extensive experience in EDI and a strong track record across the Higher Education sector.
As a passionate strategic change leader, Louise has spearheaded the design, development, and delivery of the Inclusive Durham Framework and is now driving its implementation and next-phase evolution. She also leads the University’s Institutional Charter Marks, ensuring alignment with sector-wide standards and best practice.
Louise champions data-driven transformational change, leveraging insights to shape impactful strategies. She oversees Learning & Development within the EDI remit, embedding inclusive practices across the institution.
