She has been CEO of the Institute for Turnaround (IFT) since 2019, where she has enhanced the member offer, strengthened and grown corporate partnerships, expanded the knowledge and professional learning programme, and built out the profile and stakeholder relationships of the Institute. The IFT is the only UK based accrediting body for turnaround professionals, bringing together the leading corporate restructuring officers, advisers, lawyers, lenders and investors working with businesses and organisations seeking to improve their performance and value. Last year IFT members saved an estimated 56,000 jobs and £3.1 bn in shareholder value.
