Sarah Boomer (AFHEA) is a qualified counsellor with years of experience in youth mental health. At Murdoch University’s “The Den,” she supports student health and wellbeing using a peer-to-peer model and employing preventative measures including building social connections and teaching emotional regulation skills through various activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and the use of wellbeing support dogs.
