Sarah provides culture and leadership development and other consultancy services to a wide range of UK and global institutions. She recently co-led the Governing and Leading Transformation Member Benefit programme and is Programme Director for Strategic Leadership, Preparing for Senior Strategic Leadership and Transition to Leadership open programmes.
Prior to Advance HE, Sarah worked in different institutions for over 15 years and has held leadership roles in the areas of equity and inclusion, student services delivery and organisational development.
Sarah recently contributed a chapter to a book on Communities of Practice in Higher Education (Routledge), on ‘HE Practice: Enabling individuals and groups to transform’. Sarah is a certified Organisational Transactional Analyst (ITAA), a Chartered FCIPD, a qualified coach, interpersonal mediator, integrative counsellor, and a Lean 6 Sigma practitioner.
