About
As a non-executive director Suzanne is the Chairperson of the Finance and Performance Committee at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, the Chairperson of the Finance and Investment Committee at South East Coast Ambulance Service and Chairperson of the Treasury Committee at mhs homes. She volunteers as Chairperson of the Board of The Fifth Trust, a Kent-based charity supporting adults with learning disabilities.
A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she works part-time at Canterbury Christ Church University where she enjoys leading and inspiring the next generation. She also works as a consultant with Advance HE specialising in both leadership and in governance. An advocate for social justice, she champions equity for all.
Over the course of her career she has led governance reviews, conducted detailed skills audits and recruited to Board positions. An expert in finance, she has provided insight and training, overseen significant funding initiatives, devised and developed risk registers and led the appointment of external audit firms.
With a proven track record of effective leadership, developing solutions that provide organisation-wide value, supporting growth and sustainability, she leads by example. An advocate for social justice, she champions equity for all.
