尼克·斯基特
會員與業務發展總監
尼克協助會員機構應對教學實踐、學生體驗、領導力及包容性等各方面的挑戰。在Advance HE 之前，尼克曾任職於高等教育學院（HEA），並曾在公務員體系及產業技能領域擔任高階職務，負責領導大規模的專業發展計畫，以及涵蓋整個組織的人力資源、組織發展與變革計畫。他目前負責推動相關工作，以強化Advance HE會員權益的實用性、價值與影響力。
喬妮·亞歷山大
會員與業務發展助理總監
喬妮致力協助各大專院校塑造高等教育未來。最近，喬妮曾擔任威爾斯全國學生聯合會（NUS Wales）及北愛爾蘭全國學生聯合會（NUS-USI）的主任。她出身於奧克拉荷馬州，在卡迪夫大學取得國際新聞學碩士學位（2009年）後，先後在美國及英國擔任記者。
凱特·弗勞爾
投資組合開發與行銷副總監
凱特負責主導會員參與相關工作，並評估Advance HE工作對個人、院校及整個教育界所產生的影響。凱特在新西蘭教育界擁有超過 20 年的經驗，涵蓋職業教育、私立培訓機構，以及市場行銷、公關與學生招募等領域的高階職務；最近則擔任基督城林肯大學（Lincoln University）學生參與與體驗執行總監一職。
Kate Weedy
Head of Partnerships (Ireland)
Kate joined Advance HE in March 2024 as Head of Partnerships, supporting member institutions in Ireland. She previously worked at Ireland’s Higher Education Authority as Senior Executive Officer for Access Policy, contributing to national equity of access strategies and delivery of the National Access Plan 2022–2028. Kate spent five years at University College Dublin in programme management and student support roles aligned to the University’s Education Strategy.
Ian Hall
Head of Partnerships (International)
Ian supports higher education providers worldwide to engage with Advance HE’s membership, with particular expertise in learning and teaching enhancement, Fellowship and accreditation. Ian also works with governments, ministries and agencies on developmental projects across Advance HE’s activity. He has a strong interest in digital learning, with prior experience in e-learning and online and mobile learning projects. Ian previously worked in professional services in higher education and is an Advance HE Associate Fellow.
Fiona Whittenbury
Head of Partnerships (Australasia)
Fiona has over 25 years of global experience in cross-sector partnerships. She most recently led partnership programs at James Cook University’s Graduate Research School. Previously, she held senior roles at the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation, and spent 10 years in the UK, including five in the International Division at The Law Society of England and Wales. Fiona holds a Master’s in Diplomacy and Trade and is a nationally accredited mediator in Australia.
克里斯蒂安·蘭布爾

克里斯蒂安擁有豐富的國際工作經驗，此前曾任職於Advance HE 國際合作經理Advance HE 來自世界各地的政府、組織、機構及個人合作，協助他們提升表現並實現目標。憑藉對全球高等教育深入的知識與理解，克里斯蒂安透過協作，成功拓展了Advance HE在中東、北非、歐洲及亞洲部分地區的影響力。
