Elevate your teaching. Transform your institution.
Universities today face increasing pressure to deliver teaching that inspires students, improves satisfaction scores, and strengthens reputation. Yet many academics step into the classroom with little formal training, relying on outdated methods and working in isolation. The result? Missed opportunities to innovate and reduced impact on student success.
The Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (CLTHE) changes that. This flagship Advance HE programme equips academics with the skills, confidence, and recognition they need to excel in modern higher education. Flexible, practice-based, and aligned to the Professional Standards Framework, the CLTHE helps institutions build competitive advantage through teaching excellence.

There is now a culture of teaching at Walailak University. Before this work, staff did not talk about teaching, whereas now you can hear them discussing their teaching in everyday conversations. Student learning is at the heart of all our work.
